You fill in the online form with general details about your organisation (name, company registration number (CUI), sector, number of employees, contact person). The process starts as soon as you send it.
The ARSC team contacts you and sends the proforma invoice for EUR 1,250 for the ESG score assessment. Once payment is confirmed, you get access to the digital assessment platform.
On the platform you answer 27 questions grouped under the three pillars (Environmental, Social, Governance). Each question has three possible answers: Yes, Partly or No. You can upload supporting documents for each answer. No advanced technical knowledge is needed.
The ARSC team validates your answers and documents and calculates the score using its own methodology (E=40%, S=30%, G=30%). You receive the ESG assessment report, with detailed scores for each pillar and tailored recommendations.
If your score is at least 50 points, your organisation becomes eligible for certification. ARSC sends you a personalised financial offer, based on the size of the organisation, the number of sites, the sectors of activity and the package chosen. The level achieved does not affect the price.
Once you accept the offer and payment is complete, you receive the ESG certificate issued by ARSC, valid for 12 months, together with the assessment report. If you wish, your organisation is listed publicly in the ARSC ESG Register.
The certificate is valid for 12 months. Before it expires, you can choose one of the following options.
