A transparent structure in two stages. The assessment has a fixed cost. The certificate has a personalised cost, calculated after the assessment.

Stage 1

ESG score assessment

Completion of the questionnaire on 27 indicators (E/S/G)
Analysis of answers and validation of documents by the ARSC team
Calculation of the final ESG score (out of 100 points)
Classification in one of the 5 ESG levels
ESG assessment report with personalised recommendations
Duration: 5-10 working days from confirmation of payment
Even if your score is below 50 points, you receive the full assessment report with recommendations.

Issuing the ESG certificate

Pricing factors:
Size of the organisation (number of employees)
Type of organisation (private company, public institution, NGO)
Number of sites or places of business
Number of distinct fields of activity
The package chosen, if the organisation opts for an annual programme beyond the basic certification
The certificate is issued only after the offer is accepted. Validity: 12 months from the date of issue.

How the cost of the certificate is set

The certificate has no single price, because the amount of work varies widely from one organisation to another. The offer is built on data we already have when the file is opened, not on estimates.

Four things count above all: the number of employees, how many sites or places of business the organisation has, how many distinct fields of activity it covers, and whether it chooses certification only or a broader annual programme. The type of organisation (private company, public institution or NGO) also adjusts the assessment effort.

The offer is sent in writing after the assessment, before any commitment. A better score does not cost more: the level achieved plays no part in the price.

Grey Zone (below 50 points): No certificate is issued, but you receive the full assessment report with detailed recommendations. You can come back for a free reassessment within 90 days, once you have made the suggested improvements. The same rule applies at renewal, not only at the first assessment.

Questions about costs

Why is the cost of the certificate not fixed?+
The assessment and certification process involves a manual review of the documentation, sector-specific checks and a workload that varies considerably between a micro-enterprise and a corporation or a public institution. Variable pricing reflects the real assessment effort fairly. The initial assessment (EUR 1,250) is fixed for everyone.
Do I pay EUR 1,250 even if I do not obtain the certificate?+
Yes. The EUR 1,250 assessment fee covers the analysis process and the ESG assessment report with your detailed score and recommendations, whatever the result. If your score is below 50 points, you receive the full report and can request a free reassessment within 90 days, once you have made the improvements.
Can I find out the total cost before I start?+
You know the cost of the assessment from the start: EUR 1,250, the same for any organisation. For the certificate, send us a few details about your organisation (number of employees, sites, fields of activity) and we will send you an indicative estimate within 24 working hours. The firm offer comes after the assessment, and the certificate is issued only once you accept it.
Can I pay in instalments or in lei?+
Prices are quoted in EUR, but invoicing can be done in Romanian lei (RON) at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the invoice date. To pay in instalments or arrange another payment option, write to us at [email protected].
What does renewal after 12 months involve?+
The certificate is valid for 12 months. When it expires, the assessment is repeated so that the score reflects the current situation, and a new certificate is issued on the new score. If the organisation has made progress, the new certificate shows the higher level. The cost of renewal is set out in the offer before the process starts again.
